Earlier this week, the completely renewed salon at Hostellerie Mont Kemmel **** was presented to the general public. The space was completely gutted and equipped with panoramic designer sliding windows, acoustic and thermal insulation but also with a lot of technical gadgets: thematic lighting, various signage monitors (frames), state-of-the-art music system, etc. . What immediately stands out about this thoughtfully renovated space is the centrally located experience table. This table both displays images, produces audio, diffuses scents and mist. So it can influence many of the guest's senses. This hospitality innovation project runs under the working title "Moods & Foods".
Below is an overview of various settings of this experience table in the salon of Hostellerie Mont Kemmel ****. Today all still in test mode, soon fully in production. Guests currently taking breakfast at the hotel can already have their first experiences with this multi-sensory table: beautiful images are invariably projected and the lighting above the table follows the colors of these images.
