You will immediately receive a copy of the content of the contact form (your message or question) in your mailbox. In this way, you will easily stay informed about the question you have asked.
Tip: If you do not receive an e-mail within a few minutes, please check whether you have entered the correct e-mail address. It happens all too often that people give the wrong e-mail address and we simply cannot reach you (unless a telephone number has been given as well). It is then mistakenly assumed that the reception has made a mistake 😉 😉 You can't reach us by email.
- Please note that when you receive a message that your email has been forwarded to reception this does NOT at all mean that a reservation has been made! Reservations are always confirmed separately and explicitly by our reception. If you do not receive an answer within a reasonable period of time, please contact the reception desk yourself at info@montkemmel.be or +32 57 45 21 60 (on days we are open between 11h and 16h).
