Welcome to the exclusive event / party location of Hostellerie Mont Kemmel ****. You can come to us for both business and family gatherings: meetings, events and parties! Every year, whether or not in combination with external event agencies, we organize dozens of events on the highest hilltop of Flanders: the Kemmelberg. Since 1954 we have welcomed several thousand organisations, companies, school groups, families, socio-cultural associations, service clubs, walking and cycling clubs, old-timer clubs, and so on.
We have 5 rooms (all with daylight), several terraces and a landscaped garden for your event, party, workshop, training, product presentation, press conference, etcetera:
- Room "Jupiter" : up to 90 persons - on garden floor
- Room "Saturn" : up to 45 persons - on garden floor
- Room "The Salon" : up to 90 persons - on the ground floor
- Bar : up to 14 persons - on the ground floor
- Restaurant: up to 90 persons - on the ground floor
- Terraces:
- Terraces Restaurant / Bar / Lounge: up to 200 people - on the ground floor
- Terrace Jupiter room: up to 30 people - on garden floor
- Garden: 300 m² landscaped lawn - on garden level
All our rooms have large glass windows with a direct view of the Franco-Flemish plain. For each type of event and party, the room can be configured according to your taste, wishes and technical requirements (theatre form, U-shape, with or without writing tables, etc.).
